Advance Metering Technology Limited announced that its shareholders at the 15th Annual General Meeting on September 8, 2026, re-appointed M/s. GSA & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years until the 20th Annual General Meeting in 2031, and re-appointed Mrs. Ameeta Ranade as a Non-Executive Director for a term of five years effective August 14, 2026.
